Join host Cassandra Charlick, award-winning presenter and WSET-qualified drinks expert, as she takes us on a guided tour of intimate sessions that bring together some of Northern Tasmania’s most passionate makers.

 

Cidermakers, winemakers, distillers, brewers and mead-makers invite you into their world for guided tastings, conversation and the chance to learn more about the craft behind every glass.

Join Turner Stillhouse's owner, Justin Turner, for an exclusive tasting of premium Rosevears whiskies, including Tasmania’s first Bourbon-style Three Grain Whisky and a premium single malt, before learning how to create the perfect whisky cocktail.

Join Spreyton Cider’s Head Cider Maker for a hands-on orchard to glass masterclass.


Taste real apple varieties from their orchard, press live juice, and learn how each step shapes aroma and flavour, before trying your hand at blending a custom cider of your own. Finish with a sweet Tasmanian candied apple to take home as a tasty souvenir!
